The Slim Williamson Memorial Fixture vs Woolpipt CC
WTSC President Charles Taverner proudly holds aloft the magnificent trophy generously donated by Slim\\\'s wife Carol (looking on, left) and former colleague and friend Julian Blakemore, in front of the stunning new Woolpit CC scoring hut - Slim\\\'s Score Hut - officially opened by Carol on the day of this inaugural fixture held during their cricket week in late August. The winning WTSC side chased down a thirty over total before the heavens opened, just in time for a glass of Champagne in the bar! We look forward to retaining the trophy for next year after a memorable day enjoyed by some of Slim\\\'s old colleagues and cricketing friends.

The Victorious & Majestic Cricket X1
The WTSC Cricket team who recently chased down 158 runs to beat Majestic, proudly pose for what could be the last time at the Fullers ground in Chiswick (their lease expires at the end of this season). Majestic were 129 for 3 and looked likely to post a big total but Club President Charles Taverner then took apart the middle order with figures of 5 for 18 and the victorious team had plenty of time to score the runs. Having beaten Fullers the week before, the WTSC team then celebrated in style, courtesy of what else? London Pride of course!

Get in the hole!
WSET Chief Executive Ian Harris admires his drive to the green on the magnificent 18th hole at Tyrrells Wood in this year's Spring Meeting. He tapped in for a 3 foot eagle (and then woke up from this dream!)

WTSC Squash Doubles
The Champions relax on court after a gruelling doubles competition, before the festivities really began at nearby El Pirata Tapas Bar. Deposed champ Rupert Monier-Williams apparently hurt his finger on the court (diddums and get well soon) but the sore heads the following morning were far more of a concern to most of the players.

Victory against the Bankers
The Wine Trade Wallabies recorded an end of year victory versus Coutts at Blackheath at the end of November. A scoreline of 26-5 saw a diverse team of players from Pol Roger, Bibendum, Fullers, Crush Wines, Matthew Clark, United Wineries and Fine & Rare unite on the pitch and then for some after match celebrations courtesy of Sambrooks Brewery.
